General Bungalow conditions
Rates are per week.
The bungalows will be ready from 17:00 to 20:00 on the Sunday of arrival and must be free no later than 10:00 am on the Sunday departure.
RESERVATIONS: will be confirmed at the time of receiving the 30% deposit of the total. The guest is required to settle the bill at reception on arrival together with the final cleaning. Cancellation can be made by registered letter or fax 30 days before the date of arrival and 50% refund of the deposit. No refund to those who interrupt their stay regardless of the cause of cancellation and to those who cancel 0 to 29 days before arrival. The reservation period will be paid in full in the event of late arrival or early departure. In case of late arrival, the accommodation will be kept free for 24 hrs from the day of arrival, unless otherwise informed. Otherwise, the management has the right to rent to others without any obligation to refund or compensate.Upon receiving the keys a bond of € 100.00 is required and will be returned on departure after a review by Management. he prices of the apartments is valid for the housing unit, regardless of the number of occupants. The number of occupants may not exceed, in any case, that shown. Extra bed is available only for three-room apartments. For organizational reasons, the application for such exstras will need to BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
Kitchen, Bathroom linen is not available. Supplements must be paid on arrival.
Guest cannot admit visitors unless authorized by management, they same must provide their proof of identity and pay € 15.00 per person.
The management is not liable for items lost or left unattended in the apartments.
The management reserves the right to accept only families and couples.
