The prices (including taxes, hot shower, electricity but in period "C") are daily apart from the arrival time. The pitches have to be left by 12:00 of the departing day, otherwise our guests should pay for all day long.
No variation of the number of persons or vehicle declared on the arrival day will be considered for absence lower than a week.
In period "C" one week should be booked at least. The camper should stay at least three days in all of the periods.
Visitors are authorized by the manager. If visitors stays more than one hour, the price will be doubled both for persons and vehicles.
It is possible to book pitches just for one week staying at least, sending a deposit of € 200,00.
The reservations will be accepted depending on the availability and it will be assigned by the manager.
If guests are late and they do not call, the reservation will be confirmed until 10:00 of the day after.
Checks are not accepted. Guests can leave their values in the safety at the reception paying € 30,00 per day: guests can take or give values everyday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00.
In the campsite we do not make special prices.
Cars must be parked in the parking places.
TERMS for guests in bungalow
Prices are per week. Bungalows will be occupied from 17:00 to 20:00 on the arrival day, and they have to be left by 10:00 on the departing day.
BOOKING: to confirm the booking a deposit of a 30% of the total amount should be sent. The balance is due at the arrival day including the final cleaning which is compulsory. Booking can be cancelled by sending a registered letter 30 days before the arrival day, but a 50% of the deposit will be lost. If guests cancel the reservation from 0 to 29 days before the arrival day or they should leave (for any reason) before the ending of their holiday, no money will be refund. The total amount is due both for late arrival and for leaving before the departing day. In case of late arrival, without calling, bungalow will be free until 24:00 of the arrival day. Otherwise bungalow can be rent to someone else without any refund.
A refundable deposit guarantee of € 100,00 is asked at the arrival and it will be given back on departing after checking that everything is ok in the bungalow.
IF GUESTS LEAVE OUT OF HOURS, THE DEPOSIT GUARANTEE WILL BE SENT TO THE GUESTS AFTER CHECKING THE BUNGALOW.
The price is for bungalow not for the number of persons which can never be higher than the allowed one. It is possible to add one or two beds on request.
THAT SHOULD BE SAID AT THE BOOKING TIME.
The manager can accept only families and couples.
In period "E" two weeks should be booked at least.
Table linen and towels are not available. Extras should be paid at the reception.
